Why Exercise for Kids is Necessary?
Exercise plays an important role in everyone’s life.
But, we may or may not know what exercise can do for us? It is important for
everyone, so it is very essential for the kids too. Parents, teachers and fitness
educators must understand and help educate others about the importance of kids
exercise. Awareness and support for this are more crucial now than ever because
it has never been as troublesome to our adult lives as before. If a teacher wants their children to be active during the day, physical
education curriculum should be an addition in their syllabus. Kids Exercise Classes encourage
fitness, enjoyment of sports & activity and it helps to build the
foundations for a healthy future lifestyle.
Urbanization has reduced the space of
parks and open spaces to play and roam around.
The excessive use of technology has
made the children lazy, less active and they have become habitual to spend most
of their time watching videos, playing games and other useless stuff. Adults
must make their kids understand to have some physical activity often at the
cost of “peace and quiet.”
Why should kids exercise?
It’s a fact that Children who do some
physical stuff for 60 minutes per day has lower rates of obesity. Greater rates
of activity help children to get higher test scores in reading and math also.
It’s a famous quote that a healthy body has a healthy mind. And this relationship is most critical at a
young age. When kids perform any physical activity, they become active and
their brain develops, allowing for new types of activity.
The play-based activity uses sensory
input (sight, sound, touch, etc.) that helps develop a lot of additional skills
that make physical activity more enjoyable later in life. Children associated
with physical activity show improved behavior in the classroom and beyond. It
has been observed that active children are more likely to become active adults.
Frequent activities requiring a high
degree of balance and coordination have been associated with improved emotional
response. Regular exercising promotes children self-efficacy with regard to
health and self-image.
Parents should accept this challenge
getting their kids from academy time to take them to a playland to make them
active. Though it’s very hard to disrupt your peace and making time out for
your kids to let them play and do some physical activity. It’s a parental
responsibility as well as institutes must encourage children to explore and
play outdoors, alone or with friends.
