Exercise plays an important role in
everyone’s life. But do we know that how is it important and why are we

the kids too. These days we see that there is no physical activity or plaything

How much
exercise is suitable?
We know that after understanding the
importance of exercise, the other question that will come to parent’s mind
especially is how much exercise is enough for their kids? If your kid is 2
years old then he is supposed to do a maximum 60 minutes of exercise daily. If
your kid is toddler then he is required to do exercise for 1.5 hours in which
he will do physical activity for round about 300 minutes and will play freely
for the rest 60 minutes. And if your kid is a preschooler then he is required
to do exercise for 2 hours in which he will do physical activity and for the
remaining 60 minutes he will play freely.
