Exercise plays an important role in everyone’s life. But do we know that how is it important and why are we supposed to do this on regular basis? Firstly we need to understand the definition of the word exercise. Exercise means that doing a physical activity which keeps you healthy and active.

Exercise is also very essential for the kids too. These days we see that there is no physical activity or plaything for kids but if we see in the past then the kids in the past used to play a lot outside and they also used to do physical activities. But these days due to excessive usage technology kids do not go out and play, instead, they keep sitting on a sofa or bed and use their iPad or classes. But the good suggestion is that they must join Kids Fitness Classes so that this would they will be able to do exercise and will be more active and healthy. Well, We are going to tell you the importance and some benefits of doing exercise so that this way you would understand the working of exercise as well.
Benefits of doing Exercise for kids:
For kids, exercise doesn’t mean that doing workout etc but for them, exercise means that doing physical activity and play to keep your self healthy and active. If your kids start doing exercise on regular basis then they will get the following benefits.
·         Their muscles and bones will be stronger.
·         Their healthy weight will be maintained and they would not get any overweight.
·         Their blood pressure will be stable.
·         Kids who do physical exercise and by doing this keep them healthy and active they also sleep well, and as sleep is very important for you so it’s a benefit for a kid definitely.
·         They can also handle emotional and physical challenges easily.
How much exercise is suitable?
We know that after understanding the importance of exercise, the other question that will come to parent’s mind especially is how much exercise is enough for their kids? If your kid is 2 years old then he is supposed to do a maximum 60 minutes of exercise daily. If your kid is toddler then he is required to do exercise for 1.5 hours in which he will do physical activity for round about 300 minutes and will play freely for the rest 60 minutes. And if your kid is a preschooler then he is required to do exercise for 2 hours in which he will do physical activity and for the remaining 60 minutes he will play freely.
